Important:

Task Hub license entries can be viewed, and license can be used only after configuring Postgres with orchestrator. User must upload a valid license through license activation screen, then configure Postgres then update same license from licensing screen.

Known Issues:

• System is displaying CORS error while integrating AI Center configurations.
• System is allowing local user to have access of DB configurations.
• Db config page is not static/stable after fresh installation.
• System is displaying incorrect values in Db for Queues_SLA items.

Scenario1:
If license is expired and you are navigated to the activation screen. Upload license file, click on activate button and your license will be activated successfully

Scenario2:
If license is not yet expired. Then follow these steps:
1- Login orchestrator as super admin.
2- Go to licensing screen by clicking hamburger button on top left
3- Click on "Add+" button to upload latest file and click upgrade button
4- License will be updated successfully
